Copyright, Licensing and Open Access Policy
Tourist Destination (TD) believes that scientific knowledge should be freely accessible to the global community and adopts the "Open Access" model defined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
1. OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT
All content published in the journal is available immediately and free of charge to the public. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The journal does not charge any submission, processing, or publication fees to authors (No Article Processing Charges - APC).
2. LICENSING TERMS (CREATIVE COMMONS)
All articles published in Tourist Destination are licensed under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) International License.
- Share: You are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, even for commercial purposes.
- Adapt: You are free to remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
- Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
3. COPYRIGHT RETENTION
- Authors Retain Copyright: Authors retain the copyright of their work. They are not required to transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher.
- Right of First Publication: Authors grant the journal the right of first publication under the CC BY 4.0 license.
- Post-Publication Distribution: Authors are free and encouraged to upload the final published version (Publisher's PDF) of their article to personal websites, institutional repositories, or non-commercial scholarly networks, provided they credit the original publication.
